DECOILERS

- Hydraulic Decoilers: For capacities over 5000kg to 30000kg, these decoilers come with hydraulically expanded mandrels to handle heavier loads.

• 1000 KG: Single Mandrel, 300mm width.
• 2000 KG: Single/Double Mandrel, 300mm-900mm width.

SERVO ROLL FEEDERS
REEF servo roll feeders are driven by a brushless A.C. servo motor, ensuring high precision and control.

STRAIGHTENERS
We OFFER
- 11 Roll Straighteners: For precise straightening with back-up rollers to eliminate deflection.
- 9 Roll Straighteners: For a range of applications, both variations come with pinch rollers for clamping and feeding the material.

STRAIGHTENER SPECIFICATIONS
- STD/A: Light Duty, 150mm-300mm width, 0-3mm material thickness, 7 straightening rolls, 60mm roller diameter.
- STD/B: Medium Duty, 300mm-900mm width, 2-4mm material thickness, 7 straightening rolls, 80mm roller diameter.
- STD/C: Heavy Duty, 300mm-1250mm width, 2-8mm material thickness, 7 straightening rolls, 100mm roller diameter.
- STD/AB: Medium Duty, 300mm-800mm width, 2-4mm material thickness, 7 straightening rolls, 80mm roller diameter.
- STD/2-90/9-60: Precision Work, 500mm-900mm width, 2-4mm material thickness, 9 straightening rolls, 90mm roller diameter.
